Privacy Policy

This Policy explains how PayPerSnooze handles information when you use its application, website, purchases, and related services. Contact [email protected] with privacy questions or requests.

1. Summary

2. Information stored locally

Local storage may include alarm times, labels, schedules, challenges and snooze limits; barcode representations; onboarding answers; wake sessions, attempts, history, streaks and statistics; snooze balances and fulfillment identifiers; and app settings.

We do not operate an account database for this content and do not intentionally upload it to our servers. Local information may be removed when you delete the app or erase its data.

3. Third-party services

RevenueCat

RevenueCat provides and verifies subscriptions and purchases. It may process device information, an anonymous or app-specific identifier, product and entitlement status, transaction timestamps, storefront information, and Apple receipt or transaction data. We do not send alarm content or onboarding answers. See RevenueCat’s policy.

Mixpanel

Mixpanel helps measure app and onboarding performance. It may process a pseudonymous identifier, device and OS information, app version, approximate region, session activity, and interaction events. We do not intentionally send alarm labels, exact alarm times, answers, barcodes, or camera content. See Mixpanel’s policy.

TikTok for Business

TikTok advertising technology may measure installs, trials, subscriptions, and conversions. Depending on permission and configuration, it may process advertising identifiers, IP address, device and app information, ad interactions, and conversion events. We do not intentionally send alarm, onboarding, camera, challenge, or sensitive content. See TikTok’s privacy information.

Google Ads

Google advertising services may measure and improve promotion. Depending on permission and configuration, Google may process identifiers, IP address, device and app information, ad interactions, approximate location, and conversions. We do not intentionally send local alarm or wake content. See Google’s advertising data practices.

Apple

Apple distributes the app, processes purchases and refunds, manages subscriptions, and provides system services. Apple may process purchase, device, diagnostic, and account information under its privacy policy. We do not receive full payment-card details.

4. Camera, motion, alarms, and permissions

5. How information is used

Information may be used to provide alarms, challenges, subscriptions, purchases and passes; verify transactions; prevent duplicate fulfillment; understand stability and feature performance; measure advertising; detect fraud and security incidents; comply with law; and enforce agreements. Local alarm content and onboarding answers are not used to build advertising profiles.

6. How information is disclosed

Limited information is disclosed to RevenueCat, Mixpanel, TikTok, Google, and Apple for the purposes above, and when necessary for legal process, rights or safety, fraud investigations, or a business transfer. We do not sell personal information for money. Some laws may classify advertising disclosures as “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising.

7. Tracking and advertising choices

Where Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework applies, permission is required before accessing data used to track across other companies’ apps or sites. You can deny or change this under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Limiting tracking should not disable core alarm features.

Email [email protected] to request deletion of identifiable provider data. Without accounts, we may be unable to connect a request to anonymous SDK data without a device or provider identifier.

8. Data retention

Local data remains until removed by you, the app, the operating system, or device erasure. Providers retain information according to their policies, our configuration and agreements, and legal requirements. Provider-level analytics and transaction records are retained only as reasonably needed.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures. Local storage reduces some transmission risk but is not immune from device loss, unauthorized access, operating-system compromise, backup access, or software error. No method is completely secure.

10. International processing

Providers may process information outside your country, including in the United States. Different privacy laws may apply, and legally required safeguards will be used where applicable.

11. Your privacy rights

Depending on location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information; object to or restrict processing; withdraw consent; opt out of advertising disclosures; or complain to a regulator. Submit requests to [email protected]. Rights may be limited by law and by the fact that local data exists only on your device.

12. Changes

We may update this Policy when the Service, providers, or legal requirements change. The updated version will show a new effective date and additional notice where required.
